VEX Pro begins its regulatory process with the CMA

VEX Pro — the group's broker and proprietary trading firm — has begun the process to obtain authorisation from the UAE Capital Markets Authority (CMA), under reference number 0012601, through its Dubai branch.

This step reflects the group's strategy of conducting its regulated activities exclusively through duly authorised entities, under recognised regulatory frameworks.

The process is currently in progress. We will share updates as new milestones are reached.

The CMA (Capital Markets Authority) is the regulator responsible for supervising capital-market activity in the United Arab Emirates. Obtaining its authorisation is part of VexPro's plan to expand the regulated footprint of its operations from its Dubai branch.

VexPro is the group's flagship broker and proprietary trading firm, offering ECN, STP, Cent and Synthetic accounts, ultra-fast execution and funding programmes. Its regulatory roadmap complements the frameworks already present elsewhere in the group, such as the IFC in Saint Lucia.
