VEX Group History: Evolution from 2019 to 2026
The VEX ecosystem began in 2019 with Vex Technology. In 2025 the group unified its brands under the VEX Group identity, and VEX Group Limited was formally incorporated in Hong Kong on 30 October 2025 as the group's international holding structure.
2019
Founding of Vex Technology
The group is born with Vex Technology, delivering infrastructure and tailor-made financial technology —CRM, risk management, copy trading, and open APIs— for brokers and fintechs looking to scale globally.
2020
Creation of Vex License
Vex License arrives to solve the industry's legal and tax structuring needs: company formation, financial licensing, corporate banking, and residency programs across more than 27 jurisdictions.
2021
Launch of Vex Digital
Vex Digital joins the group — a finance-focused marketing agency dedicated to building premium brands, acquisition funnels, and content to scale brokers and prop firms.
2022
Expansion with Vex Realty
The group broadens its reach with Vex Realty, its commercial brand for private real estate investment in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah), through private agreements with builders and developers.
2023
Establishment of VexPro
VexPro is born — the group's flagship broker and prop firm: ECN, STP, Cent, and Synthetic accounts, ultra-fast execution, and funding programs scaling up to $4M.
2023
Vex Technology moves to Dubai
Vex Technology relocates its operations to Dubai, establishing the group's technology and development base in the United Arab Emirates and bringing it closer to the Gulf's financial hub.
2025
Launch of Exura Prime
Exura Prime launches as the group's institutional liquidity and technology arm for brokers, funds, and capital managers, authorized and regulated by the FSC of Mauritius.
2025
Unification under VEX Group
The group unifies its brands under the VEX Group identity, and on 30 October 2025 VEX Group Limited is formally incorporated in Hong Kong (Companies Registry No. 79049433) as the group's international holding structure, consolidating governance, compliance and a shared vision.
2026
Unification under Vex Solutions
Vex Technology, Vex Digital, and Vex License come together as Vex Solutions: the group's technology, licensing, and marketing under one cohesive global brand.

VEX Group operates through four commercial brands across 7 jurisdictions and 9 global locations, under 3 regulatory frameworks. Regulated activities are conducted solely through the duly authorised entities.
