An unrelated entity is using the name "VEX GROUP" at the domain vex-group.pro and has been flagged by financial regulators in three countries. This page explains why it has nothing to do with us.

VEX Group Limited, registered in Hong Kong (Companies Registry No. 79049433), together with its four commercial brands — VexPro, Exura Prime, Vex Solutions and Vex Realty — has no corporate, commercial or legal relationship of any kind with the entity that operates the domain vex-group.pro. We do not share ownership, staff, offices or bank accounts with that entity, and none of our companies has ever operated under the .pro domain extension.
Regulatory warnings about vex-group.pro
Between April and May 2025, three European financial regulators publicly flagged the domain vex-group.pro for offering financial services without authorisation:

Ordered internet service providers in Italy to block vex-group.pro as part of its enforcement action against unauthorised financial operators.

Who we actually are
VEX Group Limited is the Hong Kong holding company (Companies Registry No. 79049433, incorporated 30 October 2025) of four commercial brands: VexPro (broker and proprietary trading), Exura Prime (institutional liquidity, authorised and regulated by the FSC of Mauritius), Vex Solutions (technology, licensing and marketing) and Vex Realty (private real estate investment). We only operate under the following domains. If you were contacted from any other domain claiming to represent VEX Group or its brands, treat it as fraudulent and do not send funds or personal information.
